Customer rolls in with this computer that obviously has many viruses on it. I tell her that she could try an anti virus but it probably will not work. Trying to make her life easier I tell her that we offer a service where we will clean out all the viruses for her and her computer will be back to new.She freaks out and does not understand why we can not do it for FREE!
