Seriously. This woman totally talked bad about people wearing glasses referring to them as "the other kids" and saying how her "angel" will never have to wear glasses..... as I stand NEXT TO HER WEARING GLASSES!!! lol. WTF??? Seriously. Hello??

Every time I tried to help this customer they would refer to working at IBM. Yet they wanted our cheapest laptop....times must really be that bad .... lol

This happens to my co-worker Jaime all the time. People want to return things thinking that we must be stupid and not think to check their boxes. Then they act angry when we call them on it.
